Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Window
- You can return a product within 7 days of delivery.
- This applies if you need a different size or if there’s an issue with the product.
2. When Returns / Replacements Are Free
- Returns and replacements are free of cost if:
- You received a wrong product, or
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- If there is an issue, you can request an exchange for the same or a different product.
3. Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your order only before it has been shipped.
- On canceling a pre-shipment order, you’ll get a full refund.
- Note: Partial cancellations (only part of the order) are not allowed; the entire order must be canceled.
4. How Refunds Work
- Refunds are initiated within 5 business days after we approve your return request.
- After refund initiation, the credited amount typically reaches your original payment method in 4–8 days.
- The exact timing depends on external systems (banks, payment gateways, etc.).
5. Refund Methods
- For online payments, refunds will be credited back to the same account (credit / debit / net banking) you used for the purchase.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via NEFT bank transfer.
6. Return Requirements / Documentation
- To initiate a return or refund, you’ll need to provide:
- Photos of the product (if defective, wrong size, or color)
- Tag images (if the tag was wrong size / wrong product)
- For incomplete sets, relevant tag / invoice for verification
7. Exceptions & Charges
- While most returns / replacements are free when there is a mistake from our side, we may levy shipping charges in exceptional cases (for example, if there’s a legal scrutiny or misuse).
- We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product does not meet our return conditions.
