Shipping Policy
Welcome to Xapic (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Shipping Policy explains how we deliver orders made on xapic.in (the “Site”).
1. Replacement / Guarantee
- We offer a 7-day 100% replacement guarantee.
- If there is a genuine defect in the product, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Upon verification, we will replace the defective product free of cost.
- Refunds are not provided — only replacement, because our products are custom made.
2. Delivery Lead Time
- For metro areas, allow 3–5 days for delivery after the order has been shipped.
- For non-metro locations (serviced by couriers), expect 5–7 days for delivery after shipping.
- For remote destinations, we use Indian Government Speed Post. Please allow 7–10 days for delivery after shipping.
3. Shipping Methods
- We use reliable courier services for most orders.
- For areas where courier service is limited, or for remote ZIP codes, we may ship via India Post / Speed Post.
4. Order Processing
- Once you place an order, we will process and pack it.
- After processing, we hand over to the shipping partner.
- You will be notified once the order is shipped, along with tracking details (if applicable).
5. Tracking
- Where available, we provide a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
- You can track your shipment via the courier’s website.
- In case you don’t receive tracking details, or if there is a delay, please contact our support team.
6. Shipping Cost

8. Undelivered / Returned Orders
- If a package is undelivered due to an incorrect address, we may ask you to cover additional shipping costs for re-delivery.
- If the package is returned to us because it couldn’t be delivered, we will notify you for next steps.
