Shipping Policy

Welcome to Xapic (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Shipping Policy explains how we deliver orders made on xapic.in (the “Site”).

1. Replacement / Guarantee

  • We offer a 7-day 100% replacement guarantee.
  • If there is a genuine defect in the product, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Upon verification, we will replace the defective product free of cost.
  • Refunds are not provided — only replacement, because our products are custom made.

2. Delivery Lead Time

  • For metro areas, allow 3–5 days for delivery after the order has been shipped.
  • For non-metro locations (serviced by couriers), expect 5–7 days for delivery after shipping.
  • For remote destinations, we use Indian Government Speed Post. Please allow 7–10 days for delivery after shipping.

3. Shipping Methods

  • We use reliable courier services for most orders.
  • For areas where courier service is limited, or for remote ZIP codes, we may ship via India Post / Speed Post.

4. Order Processing

  • Once you place an order, we will process and pack it.
  • After processing, we hand over to the shipping partner.
  • You will be notified once the order is shipped, along with tracking details (if applicable).

5. Tracking

  • Where available, we provide a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
  • You can track your shipment via the courier’s website.
  • In case you don’t receive tracking details, or if there is a delay, please contact our support team.

6. Shipping Cost

8. Undelivered / Returned Orders

  • If a package is undelivered due to an incorrect address, we may ask you to cover additional shipping costs for re-delivery.
  • If the package is returned to us because it couldn’t be delivered, we will notify you for next steps.
